Payment

Payments can be made through Paypal. If I do not receive your payment or communication within three days, I will cancel the sale and relist the item. This will also unfortunately result in negative feedback. Sorry!

Shipping

I ship USPS Priority within the US and First Class International elsewhere. I almost always ship within 24 hours of payment, so you can expect to get your print asap.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns, however if you are in any way unhappy with your item for any reason, please let me know and I will do all that I can to make you happy.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Pricing of prints reflect the type of paper used. I print on Kodak photograph paper of different finishes and Giclee art paper. This is why sometimes a certain print of the same size will cost more/less than another. I'm not inconsistent for no reason! If you have any questions about the paper used or would prefer something different than what I have listed, don't be afraid to ask.

Please note that all embroidered items are sold as shown and one of a kind. They will most likely not be reproduced. Each image is hand sewn onto either recycled or scrap fabric, glued securely to a piece of white cardboard and framed in a recycled/upcycled frame. Due to the recycled material used in most projects, they may have slight imperfections. Hopefully my photos capture them exactly as they are. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Custom made inquiries are always welcome.
