Payment

I accept PayPal only as a payment method. Items need to be paid for within 2 days of purchase. If payment is not received within 2 days the items are removed from your cart and placed back into the store inventory. You my purchase the items if they are still available.

Shipping

Shipping noted in listings. Please add $4.00 additional shipping to AK and HI. KBK is not responsible and no refunds or replacements will be issued for items that are lost, stolen, damaged or that do not reach the customer unless the customer has purchased shipping insurance on their package. Please contact KBK to receive a quote on shipping insurance for your package.

Refunds and Exchanges

No returns on sale items or knitting patterns.

Other items may be returned within 3 days of the receipt of the package, in the same condition as received for your money back (minus shipping costs). Buyer pays all shipping costs. It is suggested the buyer purchase shipping insurance on returned packages as no refund/replacement will be issued for items not received, damaged or stolen in route back to the seller.

SPECIAL NOTE: KBK jewelry items are not meant for children. Please keep all jewelry items, packaging, etc. out of the reach of children. Purchaser assumes all risks, liability, etc. when purchasing KBK jewelry items.
