Payment

I accept paypal, check or credit card.

Shipping

I work a full time job outside of making clay work, so please allow me 2 days to get the item ready, packed and shipped to you. I appreciate your understanding.
I will ship overseas, so please do not hesitate to ask about international shipping. I have estimated the cost for shipping in the USA including packaging and handling.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING I FIRST NEED TO FIND THE AMOUNT FOR WEIGHT AND DESTINATION AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AS TO THE AMOUNT OF THE SHIPPING COST, THEN I WILL ADD THAT TO THE SHIP FEE.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to refund any monetary exchange if when you recieve your purchase you are unhappy with it and just not what you expected. please remember to take notice of the sizes listed for each item. Also, there will generally be some characterization to a piece that is due to the nature of the clay and glazes....they are handmade and leave marks from the maker and surprises from the material.
If there is something that is unappealing i either mark it down and there will be a note in the listing.
If a refund is wanted you are responsible for payment to ship the item back to me.
