♣All jewellery is handcrafted by myself in either limited edition or as a unique one-of a kind piece. Most of the jewellery items you see here are available for dispatch within 2 working days, although some items might have to be made to order, in this instance you will be notified as soon as possible with estimated time for dispatch.♣

♣As I handcraft all jewellery myself, I can also customise your piece or accept custom orders for one piece, two or a whole collection unique to your own boutique. Please note that the prices displayed are not full RRP.♣

♣I have stong consideration for the environment in all my activities. Where jewellery is concerned, I use packaging, presentation items and printed material made from recycled materials that can also be recycled back. Each piece is crafted by hand (my hands) in the UK to a high standard and designed with intention of lasting a lifetime and being passed as a family heirloom.♣

Payment

~INTERNATIONAL~
All international payments are via PayPal.

~UK~
If you live in UK and would prefer to pay in UK£ then please contact me and I'll send you a PayPal invoice in £sterling.

~CHEQUE~
If you'd like to pay by cheque (UK bank account in UK£) and bypass the whole PayPal thing then please contact me for details. In this instance your order will take longer to dispatch and will be dispatched only upon clearance of cheque.

Shipping

~SHIPPING~

♣I ship to all major countries. If you don't see your country in the list in the listing, please contact me for the postage fee.♣

♣Proof of posting is always obtained.♣

♣As a rule, I ship to your PayPal address. Please make sure that your Etsy and PayPal addresses are correct. I do not ship to country other than that in your PayPal address. In some circumstances I might wave this rule, but it is your responsibility to contact me about it first before purchasing.♣

♣You pay only one postage fee. No charge for any additional items. Items packed/gift-wrapped at my own discretion, so if you're particular on the subject (as when it's a gift for someone else) and you want something special, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.♣

♣Currently live in Arran, Scotland, UK. Please allow sufficient time for delivery to other corners of the Earth.♣

♣Orders to USA & Canada take from 5 working days (according to the Royal Mail website).♣

~PACKAGING~
I use a lot of new packaging made from recycled materials and materials that can be easily recycled.

~GIFT-WRAP~
I tend to gift-wrap items in either cardboard jewellery boxes or pillow boxes, just depends on how I feel, what I have, or what I think is suited to the order. So far I've had good feedback on packaging, but, if you do buy something and are particular on the subject, please drop me a line. For example, if you buy two items, one for yourself and one for someone else, without me knowing it, I might pack them together in the same box, while you might prefer to have then wrapped separately. Things like that, just let me know.

♣All items are shipped/posted First or Second Class within UK and Airmail abroad. This is a regular post and you will not be able to track your item. If you would like your item to be sent by a different service (with a tracking number, registered, etc) then please contact me.♣

Refunds and Exchanges

Each case is individual. As a general rule, returns are accepted on all unworn items, except pierced ear earrings (for hygiene reasons). Postage costs are non-refundable. Of course, there are exceptions. I don't want to be too rigid with this rule as I want you to be happy with your purchase and with shopping with me. If you are dissatisfied with the item for any reason, please contact me first. Items can be returned only in their original (unworn) condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued upon safe return of the item(s). It is your responsibility to obtain proof of posting when returning items.

If you're buying for someone else as a present, please let me know at the time of purchasing and I'll extend that guarantee for up to a month.

#Important note on gemstones, stones, and beads used#
I try to provide as accurate information about materials I use as I can.
However, sometimes, in the cases of semi-precious stones, the sources I buy from and/or the manufacturers do not fully disclose the exact origin or manufacture of stones. There are also a lot of misleading yet accepted names for stones.
My main priority is the design and the look of the piece. If you are very particular about the exact nature of the stone, please do not hesitate to ask me & I'll try to answer to the best of my knowledge.

All stones labeled AAA (gemstones) are bought from a supplier that fully discloses the exact origin and nature of their products.

All freshwater pearls are cultivated pearls that have or have not been treated (dye and radiation are both acceptable treatments).
