Hello! I hope you enjoy looking at all my handcrafted pieces! Here are my shop policies that should answer any of your questions. If I can be of any other help to you, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for shopping at mcr designs!

Payment

Please pay promptly at checkout through PayPal. Credit cards can be used through PayPal and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this option. If I don't receive payment within 3 days, I'll assume you are no longer interested and will cancel the sale.

Shipping

Domestic sales:
I ship within 1-2 days of purchase, weekends included.
I ship first class parcel through USPS in the states, which includes delivery confirmation. All items will be gift boxed in a kraft box with sheer lime or periwinkle colored ribbon, wrapped in bubble wrap, and then placed in a bubble envelope for secure mailing. Insurance is not included in my shipping price but you can add it - please contact me.

International sales:
I package your item as above and take it to my local post office. I list “costume jewelry” as the contents, instead of "jewelry" or "fine jewelry." You will be responsible for any customs fees or taxes. For international sales, I ship Monday through Friday.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns:
My hope would be that you love your new jewelry just as much as I loved creating it. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt to arrange a return. Please, the expectation is that the jewelry was not worn and is in saleable condition. Your refund will be given once the piece is received by me. Sorry, no shipping will be refunded. I truly want you proud to wear my creations, so if you are disatisfied, please contact me so I can rectify whatever the problem may be!

Damages:
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me to discuss a replacement or refund. Your shipping of the damaged piece back to me will be refunded.
Care should be given when wearing jewelry - while I make my pieces to last, stones can chip or break if the piece is dropped and banged against a hard surface. If you have an accident with your piece, please contact me for a complimentary repair during the first year after purchase. You will be responsible for your end of the shipping and I'll pay mine.

Additional Policies and FAQs

It can be hard shopping for jewelry online, but here are a couple of tips to help you with sizes. For earrings, hold a ruler up to your ear lobe by the piercing to judge how long the finished earring will hang. For bracelets, cut a piece of string the size of the finished bracelet and place around your wrist. For necklaces, use a piece of string the length of the necklace. Allow for the size of the stones when deciding on the fit.

I am happy to design and create custom orders at no additional expense. Please contact me with your ideas! Also, I am often able to change out clasps and chain/chain lengths on pieces already made and listed in my shop, so you have a perfect fit.

Need your purchase gift wrapped? Please contact me at the time of purchase and tell me the type of occasion. This is a complimentary service!

By the way: I keep my favorites private because I like to buy on Etsy and I don't want my family and friends to see what I have saved for them!!!
