Welcome

Hello and thanks for checking out my shop. I've had a lifelong love for creating things and hope to share some of them with you. Each of the items I offer are made entirely by me and I hope they are unique and fun. My philosophy is only that you enjoy the things I designed and made by hand. If for some reason you have a problem with an order I hope that I can help work it out in a timely and satisfactory manner. Payment

I accept paypal or money orders but no longer accept personal checks. Please submit your payment within a week of ordering for the best response.
If you need to cancel a purchase from my shop, just let me know asap via email (hssreader@hotmail.com) or through etsy conversations.

Shipping

I ship all orders through the USPS. Orders will be shipped 1 to 3 days from the time of purchase or payments are completed. If you would like to ship to a third party as a gift order, please contact me via etsy conversations or email me at hssreader [!at] hotmail.com. If you would like signature confirmation for further shipping security, please let me know at the time of purchase. I will add the additional shipping cost to your order.
All orders are packaged to protect the items from damage and padded if necessary. I use standard envelope and padding materials and may occasionally recycle envelopes.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will only be accepting exchanges, no refunds. All exchanges should be made within three weeks of receiving items or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
Exchanges will only be made for the following reasons:
1. If an item arrives and was damaged in the post, please return items immediately for a replacement at no charge.
2. If for some reason the item you ordered was not the right size, or was the incorrect item, please return item immediately and specify correct measurements/item. A replacement will be sent at no charge but may have a waiting period so I can create the new item. Most sized items have measurements in their descriptions, so please read product details at the time of purchase to prevent mis-sizing mishaps!
I will not be giving refunds, but you may exchange items for any other item/s of equal value only if there was an error on my end or for the reasons listed above. Reasons for exchanges should be reasonable! In order for any exchanges to be made, be sure to send back damaged or faulty items as soon as possible so new ones can me made or exchange items shipped promptly.
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return items to me, but I will cover the cost of returning the new exchanged item to buyers.
Custom orders can not be returned.
