My principle philosphy is that you enjoy my designs as much as I enjoyed producing them. This involves communication between you and I.

Most designs can be altered with a chain extension (for an additional charge) or special order (price will be quoted before actual production).

Please convo me with ANY questions. I am 'here' to help.

And while imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, please respect my copyright on my designs.

Payment

I accept PayPal, which will process any charge/debit card transaction. I have also begun accepting Revolution Money Exchange. To use RME, check the 'other' payment option and we will communicate via email.

Shipping

I keep shipping at $2.00 by using 1st class, USPS. This means that there is no tracking number and no insurance available. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please convo me.

Refunds and Exchanges

Not happy? Then I'm not happy. Please convo or email me within 3 days of receipt. Items must be returned within 30 days, and must be in the condition in which they were originally sent. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

I guarantee my work. I always allow one free 'restring', without questions. Baby ripped your necklace off? Pick up the pieces, send back to me (don't forget to convo me so I am expecting your package) and I will repair. The only charges you may incurr would be to replace parts missing or broken. You will be informed of any additional charges, before any work is performed.
