Thank you for viewing my creations. My mosaics are one of a kind items. Every shard is hand placed and is the results of many hours of loving attention and creativity. You will be pleased with the care and quality that goes into every piece you purchase. These make spectacular gifts for every occasion including a gift for that all important person...yourself. Please come back often.

Payment

Payment by U.S. Postal Money Order(they are the kind you purchase at the Post Office) or RME (Revolution MoneyExchange)or Paypal please. Please inform me as to your payment choice within 24 hours of purchase. Payment by Paypal or RME within 3 days please. Payment by P.O. money order should be received with in 14 days of purchase, please email if you have an unforeseen delay.

If you don't know about RME but would like to know please email me and I can send you a referral link and answer any questions about it. Please no international purchases at this time, sorry I just can't.

Shipping

Your package will be shipped snuggly and safely, bubble wrapped and double boxed when necessary, to insure my heartmade items will reach your door safely. Recycled materials will be used when possible. Will ship only to U.S. addresses, no international orders please. Shipping by USPS insurance and delivery confirmation included in shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your purchase arrives broken or damaged please inform me right away (please within 48 hours after arrival) and send me a photo of the carnage for my records and confirmation. Your purchase was a one of a kind item but a replacement item will be sent (upon your approval) or a refund will be given after I cried my eyes out at the loss of one of my babies. Please keep all packaging material and broken bits so the postman can inspect. No replacement or refund will be issued without a postal inspection...sorry I gotta try to get the postman to pay up, afterall those tears are worth $.

FAQ:

Q:Are all your items made by you?

A:Yes and I have the shard cut fingers to prove it.


Q:Do your items come from a smoke free home?

A:Yes, no cancer sticks past my lips. But the shards I use might come from a thrift or garage sale, heck they might even be shards from a broken ashtray. While I've not noticed a smoke odor from any project as of yet I can not say that they might not have a smell of some sort.


Q:My purchased arrived with some stray cat hairs, what should i do?

A:I assure you my cats aren't strays so the hairs aren't stray either. The cat hair is a sign of their admiring your item before packing (or more likely them admiring the packaging itself), I'll let them know you noticed their admiration. Cat hair can usually be blown or wiped off if it isn't to your liking.


Q:How do i care for my mosaiced item?

A:Don't worry, a care slip will accompany your item, if your package arrives without one (those cats musta ate it) just drop me an email and I'll send you out one right away.


Q:Where do you make your mosaics?

A:Generally in my backyard under the oak or in my driveway if it is too cool in the shade. At night, I might be sitting around online chatting with friends while applying shards...I try to keep my pinkies adhesive-free so I can still type, no shards adhered to keyboard yet.


Q: I'm local, can I come pick up my items?

A: Well howdy neighbor, not overly fond of pick ups at my house but I'll meet ya somewhere in town, may I suggest the Cultural Center on Aaron St. in Port Charlotte. If you'd like meet up to exchange payment for purchase please choose the Money Order Payment option when purchasing, convo me right after purchase and we'll set up a time to meet. Cash or Postal Money Order(the kind from the Post Office) only for in person transactions.
