Hello! Welcome to AandVdesigns on Etsy!

We are committed to reducing our ecological foot print on the environment in as many ways as we can. In addition to the use of remnant fabrics (overstock/dead stock) and keeping them out of landfills, we will be adding more organic and sustainable, vintage and recycled fabrics to our creations; making them friendlier to the environment.

==ABOUT YOUR AandV BAG
* All our bags are constructed with 3 to 5 layers, including fabrics and interfacing and depending on the style and effect desired.
* All stress points are double and triple reinforced.
* Handles are made of four layers of fabric plus interfacing.
* Good quality fabrics are always used.
* Special attention is given to detail and construction to guarantee our customer a stylish and durable product.
* 100% linen and 100% cotton fabrics may be spot cleaned for light soil and steam ironed. When ironing we recommend using a pressing cloth to protect the surface of the fabric. Dry clean for heavy soil.
* All items are designed and made in a smoke free studio.

Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal only. Having an account is not necessary. You may simply use PayPal to process your major credit card payment.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders not paid for within 24 hours will be re-listed.

Shipping

AandVdesigns ships WORLDWIDE.

Items ship in 2-3 business days of cleared payment. “Made to order” items ship in 7-10 days.
Each order is shipped with delivery confirmation.

= U.S. SHIPPING
Orders within the U.S. will ship First Class Mail and you should receive your order within 2-5 business days.

Large items, over 13oz., automatically ship Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 days.

= INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via USPS Global Airmail (7-10 business days). Unfortunately this option does not allow tracking or insurance.

If you would like your order to ship International Priority Mail, with a tracking number, please contact me for specific pricing.

= ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Any customs charges or duty taxes for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are the sole responsibility of the customer.

AandVdesigns does not refund for lost packages.

AandVdesigns is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

= PACKAGING
Our items are wrapped in recyclable plastic bags for protection during shipping and placed in priority boxes that are also recyclable.
REDUCE REUSE RECYCLE!

Refunds and Exchanges

= AandVdesigns handles returns on a case by case basis.
If you feel you received something different than what you ordered, or if something goes terrible wrong, please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of item and we will try to make things right. We do not take returns for simply not liking what you purchased. Please read descriptions carefully and ask any questions before.

= AandVdesigns does not grant refunds for simply not liking what you purchased. Every effort is made to represent our items as accurately as possible through pictures and descriptions. Before purchasing, please read descriptions carefully and ask any questions you might have. I am always available for questions. Should a refund be agreed upon, this refund will be granted for the cost of the item minus shipping charges and minus a 10% restocking fee to cover charges.

= CUSTOM ORDERS

= CONSIGNMENT
AandVdesigns does not do consignment.

= WHOLESALE ORDERS
I currently do not offer wholesale prices. Each item is carefully handmade by me and no other parties are involved in the production process. However, I do offer discounts on bulk orders above USD300. If you are interested in a bulk order please contact me via the Etsy contact feature (Etsy convo).

= FEEDBACK
I love receiving positive feedback. However, I am now leaving feedback only after receiving yours.

If there should be any issues, please contact me and I will try and resolve them to your satisfaction before you leave feedback.
