Payment
We gladly accept Paypal and RME. We can also send you an invoice through Google Checkout. Just let us know in the comments section. Please submit all payments within 24 hours of your purchase. Communication is everything, so please contact us if you need a little extra time and we'll be happy to work with you.
If you would like us to send you an invoice to take advantage of the combined shipping, please let us know in the notes section during checkout. NOTICE: COMBINED SHIPPING IS ONLY VALID FOR ORDERS PLACED IN THE SAME TRANSACTION.
Failure to submit payment and/or failure to respond to messages or emails within three days of purchase will result in the sale being cancelled and the item relisted.

Shipping
We ship EVERYWHERE, even to APO addresses! :)
Because Etsy does not have a shipping calculator, we have to estimate your shipping costs the best we can. We gladly combine shipping and will refund any shipping overages exceeding $1.00.
We generally ship six days a week via USPS. Shipping on Saturdays is not always possible, so please note that most orders received on Friday will not ship until Monday. We do offer Flat Rate shipping for qualified orders, so buy more and save! We will always ship the best method to save you money!
SUMMER SHIPPING (June - August) - Due to the nature of our products combined with high temperatures, we ONLY ship Monday through Thursday during these months. This is to help ensure that your packages won't be left on a truck over the weekend. Please note, however, that there are no refunds for items that melt during shipping, so please know that buying during the summer months is "at your own risk"
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You are responsible for any customs or duty fees. All purchases 4lbs and under will be shipped First Class International. Any purchases over 4lbs will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail and an invoice reflecting the extra cost will be emailed to you. IMPORTANT: As an international buyer, it is your responsibility to know which items can and cannot be shipped to your country. No refunds are given for items which are confiscated by your customs agency.
We do offer shipping insurance for a flat rate of $1.85 regardless of your purchase price (U.S. buyers only). We strongly recommend that you pay for your items to be insured, as no refunds are given on uninsured packages. This protects you from losses or damages incurred by the post office while the package is in transit. NOTE: Insurance does not cover candles that may melt out of shape during summer shipments.
Remember, we are SECRET PAL FRIENDLY! If you would like to purchase an item and have it sent secretly, just send us a note along with the person's full name and address.
WE RECYCLE!! Whenever possible, we do ship your items in good, useable boxes and envelopes...it's just a little something we can do to help! :)
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know, and we'll do our best to reach a fair and mutually agreed upon resolution. EXCEPTION: Due to the nature of our bath and body products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason unless it is due to our error.
Shipping charges are never refunded unless it is due to our error. In the event that we do allow for an exchange/refund, we do require that you pay for the shipping on returned items and then again to have your new items shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds/Exchanges will NOT be issued for lost or uninsured packages. No exceptions! We offer insurance for $1.85 regardless of your purchase price. Simply request insurance at the time of your purchase and we will invoice you for it. We simply cannot be held responsible for packages once they leave our hands.
ATTENTION: Refunds can not be issued for candles that melt out of shape during summer shipments. The USPS does not cover this, even if insurance is purchased, so please purchase your candles in the summer months at your own risk. We have never experienced a problem before, but still needed to include this in our policy. Thank you for understanding.
