Welcome

Hello! NeverEver is just me, Emma, working as a costume maker in Sydney, Australia and running this store. I use only interesting, gorgeous and quality fabrics to make my items, which are all designed, made and posted by me.

Payment

I accept Paypal and for Australian or UK buyers, bank deposit. Payment should be made within three days of checkout, otherwise I will annoy you by sending many messages before cancelling the sale.

Shipping

I ship using Australia Post, which I have always found to be very reliable. I wrap your purchase with love, then place it in a very sturdy mailer or box to survive an overseas journey. If you would like to upgrade your postage or have a gift card added to your purchase please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take great pride in my work and am confident that you will love your purchase. Returns take a lot of time and hassle and so I would prefer that if you are unsure about an item, please convo me as much as you like to ascertain that it is right for you.

That said, I do offer a returns policy - I will give a full refund on these conditions:
~ Contact me within 7 days of purchase
~ The item returned is in sale condition.

Sorry, but I do not refund shipping costs.
