I love and welcome custom orders!

Please be advised that though I do work quickly, if you're in need of a rush job, you may want to consider something:

QUALITY.

If you're after a high quality, professionally designed logo, then you've come to the right place. However, if you're in the market for a quick, run-of-the-mill, clip-art-esque bit of work, then maybe you should look around at some other shops.

I don't want to provide something that is low quality or generic. REAL art takes time, and I am devoted to delivering high quality work.

Also, please be considerate of me, as an artist. I do not want to have to start limiting the concepts or revisions for your project. However, if I have your finished logo and have started on your other items, please do not ask me to go back and start over on everything. This counts as a new project. Also, in regards to time, since I am not charging by the hour (which would be something like $35/hour), asking me to provide you with endless (i.e. 100+)concepts and revisions is really not practical. I hate to sound rude, but I am trying to be fair to everyone and provide the best work possible. :)

Payment

PayPal is my preferred method of payment, but I will be happy to work with you if that is not what you use. :)

Buyers are required to pay for items prior to receiving services.

Refunds are to be requested within a week (7 days) of receiving the first comps of your logo.

Shipping

International customers please understand that the general shipping cost will be slightly more than within the United States.

Refunds and Exchanges

To my wonderful clients - please be aware that I will work to deliver your items to you in a timely manner, and try my best to meet your ideal time frame, but please keep in mind that the design process is not always cohesive to a time line... sometimes it goes much faster and sometimes it moves at its own pace. My goal is always to deliver quality graphical work to you, not clip-art-esque work that anyone with a computer can do. :)

It has recently come to my attention, unfortunately, that some of my work as well as my words have been more or less stolen from me. I feel it is my responsibility as an artist to make the following statement, in my clients' best interest, as well as my own:
My wonderful clients own all of the rights to their work, and it is my right to display the work that I created for them as an example of my style and capabilities as a designer. No other artist or individual may claim either my creative work or my words and/or statements about my work. Please consider this prior to using anything that does not rightfully belong to you. Thanks! :)
