Shipping

Shipping and Returns Policy

I ship within 24 hours upon receipt of payment - same or next working day. Items will not be sent until payment is received and funds cleared into my paypal account. Prompt/immediate payment is appreciated!

Please convo me for shipping insurance charges if you want insurance.

I ship to your ETSY address, NOT paypal. If you wish for an item to be shipped to a different address to that stated in your etsy info, please ensure you make it clear in the instructions to seller.

International buyers:
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to check the import laws and regulations of your country BEFORE you buy!

Refunds and Exchanges

Occasionally a mistake may happen. If you believe the items to be missing or faulty, please convo me ASAP and I will replace them for a similar item or the same if it is still in stock. Please note: I may require the faulty goods to be returned and/or photographs submitted before I can replace. Regretfully I cannot be liable for items that have been damaged in the post.
