Hello and welcome! Thanks for taking the time to read my shop policies : )
I always strive to provide exceptional customer service. If you have any questions about an item that you have purchased or that you are considering purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will respond as soon as I can (usually within 24 hours).

Payment

I accept payment from bank accounts and credit cards via PayPal. If you live in Australia, we can discuss other payment options such as direct bank deposit if this is what you would prefer.

HOW TO PAY WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping

I ship worldwide! All items are mailed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment or the next business day if purchased on a weekend. The shipping prices listed include the cost of postage and packaging, no handling fee is charged. I take the utmost care when packaging as I want your item to arrive in perfect condition. Please contact me if you would like to purchase insurance at an additional cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

If any problems arise, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
