Hi and welcome to the Miss Ann Art shop.

My shop name, Miss Ann, is the pet name my mum called me when I was little and spending lots of time colouring my pictures on the floor by her feet.

At one time, I thought that writing was my calling but then I remembered how I loved drawing and colouring and painting when I was a little girl, so now I'm doing what I truly love - creating art.

I hope you enjoy your visit to my shop and find some of my artwork that you can relate to.

Please read my policies carefully before you buy any item just to make sure you are happy with them and making an informed purchase.

Payment

I require payment within 3 working days via paypal please. You may also cancel a sale within this same time period.

Shipping

I ship all my paintings within 3 working days. They will be sent in a protective plastic sleeve and a board-backed enveloped marked with "please do not bend".

I ship international items using the International Signed For service from the Royal Mail and I ship UK items using the Recorded Signed For service.

Any additional customs or tax amounts will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with any item you receive from me whether it is damaged or for some other reason, I will refund you the sale amount MINUS shipping fees. Please inform me of any refund request within 14 days.
