Payment

International customers please pay by PayPal.
European customers may also pay via bank transfer (Euro!).
Please pay within three days.

Shipping

Shipping is $ 5.00. In fact it is more but i`ll pay the difference. There is no insurance included unless you ask for it.
Combined shipping for all additional items you buy and pay at the same time is free.
I`ll ship the items as soon as i receive the payment but please allow the package about 10 days to arrive.

Refunds and Exchanges

All my beads are kiln anealed. I`ll ship them in a secure package, wrapped safely.
