Welcome

We at Mommy Mafia Designs want to make sure our customers are satisfied. We will accept returns on items up to a week after purchase, The BUYER is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. ONCE we have received your item, you will be given your refund. WE are NOT RESPONSIBLE for items that are lost in the mail.

NON-Refundable items
ANYTHING That is personalized,custom orders and/or ACU Jackets to purses.

Payment

I accept Paypal, Money orders and personal checks. Please pay for item within 4days of purchase. If your paying my check or money order please email me and let me know, if your item is not paid for (or email sent concerning "the check is in the mail") I will re list your item.
Once payment has cleared please allow 7-10days for shipment

Shipping

ALL items are sent priority mail with confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in the item listing

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges unless there is a problem with the craftsmanship. However if I have overlooked something I will gladly replace your item with a new one, upon receipt of the one that was first purchased. Thank you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will gladly take custom orders and create a "reserved listing" just for you. All custom orders I take 1/2 the monies upfront then I will start the process and send you pictures with the direction that I am going with your item; once you approve I then wait for the rest of the payment before completing item. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. If the item is very detailed please allow more time. I will also accept RUSH orders for a rush fee of $6
