henri hopper is the inspiration for the art and accessories you find in his shop. i just can't get enough of his sunny outlook on life and adorable face!

of course, i like all dogs and enjoy creating custom pieces of all breeds and mixes--and even cats!

Payment

i accept paypal (preferred), money order or personal check, and i will ship after i have received payment. in the case of the last option, i will wait till your check has cleared to ship! i'm sure you understand!

CA buyers will be charged 7.75% sales tax via paypal.

Shipping

please make sure your paypal and etsy addresses match or write me a note when you check out specifying which one is correct! if they don't match and i don't hear from you within 2 days, i will ship to your etsy address.

items will be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of payment in full, excluding weekends and holidays. i do my best to ship as fast as possible.

i ship all items by first class or priority mail, and i combine shipping wherever possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

if you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. if i have already shipped your item, we will have to arrange a return, less a 20% restocking fee.

customer satisfaction is my priority. if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me right away so we can work it out.
