Everything in the store is made with care and with attention to quality. We wont sell you anything we wont use or wear ourselves.

All of the items have been made by Meg West in one way or another, but a lot of things are also collaborations with her fiancee, Jeff, and others. If the item is a collaboration, it will state so in the listing.

Payment

Currently, we only accept paypal. If you would like to propose another method of payment, please convo us and we will consider opening up payment via money order, Google, etc.

Shipping

Please give at least two or three days for all of our handmade items to be finished. They will be posted the next shipping day.
For items that are customized for each purchase, please allow extra time for the order to be filled.
It's important for us to get your order to you ASAP.

All items will be posted via USPS, First Class Mail, in a bubble envelope. If you want any insurance or express delivery, please convo us before payment and we will adjust your invoice.

*NEW* We now mostly only do shipping on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. We always try to mail out your order the same day or next day, but we can't always do that. See whatmegmakes.com for more information on our shop policy changes.

Digital items will be delivered via email. Communication is required between the buyer and us to create the item tailored to the buyer's liking. A mock-up of the design will be emailed to the buyer with a watermark. Once the buyer is satisfied with the design and payment has been received, the jpg file will be sent without a watermark. The process should take no more than three business days.

Currently we only calculate shipping to the USA and Canada. If you are from another country, convo us and we will determine the appropriate shipping for you and update the listing. We are willing to ship just about anywhere, we just wont calculate the shipping for additional countries unless there is an interest from another country.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our handmade items may arrive slightly different from pictured. Materials such as freshwater pearls and shells are not all shaped exactly alike. We will not sell you an item if we feel it does not have the same aesthetics as the exact one pictured.

Insurance is optional, we are not responsible for uninsured items that are damaged or lost in the mail.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please convo us.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If any delay is expected with your order, we will convo you as soon as we are aware of it. You may receive a refund if you desire.
