Welcome! Bead Dreamer jewelry is designed and handcrafted by Charlene Sevier. I love beads, metal and other materials and thoroughly become engaged in the creative process. My work consists primarily of one of a kind pieces. Occasionally a piece may be made in a very limited series. I am thrilled to be part of the Etsy community of artisans who offer the world items made with loving and skilled hands. Browse through my shop and hopefully you will find an item that you love.

I accept PayPal and Money Orders.

Shipping

SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped USPS within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery inside the U.S.

Be clear where you want the package sent if it is an address other than your Paypal address. If you are purchasing a gift, let me know and I will be happy to gift wrap and include a note if you like.

INSURANCE:
Shipping charges shown DO NOT include insurance, however I highly recommend it. If you would like your package insured please contact me so I can send an adjusted invoice reflecting the insurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Any customs fees or other dues and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges.

Please read descriptions carefully and convo me if you have any questions about an item.

Be sure to save your email from Etsy and Paypal as your receipt.

Additional Policies and FAQs

RESIZING & MATCHING ITEMS:
If you think the size of an item needs adjusting to work for you, please convo me. Also, If you like an item and want a matching piece (for ex. earrings to match a necklace), please convo me. In either case, I will let you know what I can do to accommodate your request.

Both resizing and matching items are considered custom orders and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
