Welcome

Hi there and thanks for stopping by.

All of the items found in this shop have been drawn, cut, glued, printed and packaged by me, Angela. Everything in the shop, excluding original pieces, has been printed with a professional grade inkjet printer using only archival pigment inks on acid-free paper. Whenever possible I use recycled paper and packaging materials and work hard to create the least amount of waste possible in the production of all my work.

If you have questions about any of the items in my shop please feel free to contact me. I'm always happy to provide an answer.

Now to the nitty-gritty...

Payment

Paypal, please! I will allow up to 24 hours after ordering for payment to be made. If payment is not received within that time the transaction will then be canceled and the item relisted. Although if you'd really like to purchase something but are having an issue with Paypal, etc. please don't hesitate to let me know and, if possible, I will hold the item for you.

Shipping

Items will only be shipped once payment (via PayPal) has been received. After payment please allow up to 3 business days for your purchase to be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

If you require expedited shipping or any additional service such as delivery confirmation or insurance please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final! I cannot accept exchanges or refunds due to buyer's remorse or damages or losses incurred in shipment. I do my very best to pack each item securely for shipment, and once in the mail its safety is the sole responsibility of the USPS. That being said, should such an unfortunate incident occur, please don't hesitate to tell me about it. I'm generally pretty nice so perhaps we could work something out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Most of the items I offer in the shop can be reproduced so if there was a piece you liked that's no longer for sale please let me know and I will most likely be able to list one for you. Or if you have a specific request for an original item please contact me and I'll be happy to work on it with you. Custom inquiries are always very welcome!
