Your satisfaction is very important to me. Please let me know if you are dissatisfied with any aspects of my shop, and I'll do my best to improve. Everything on my site is 100% crafted by me. I can't stop creating things! All of my items are handcrafted in my smoke free home studio. The fused glass jewelry is created with dichroic glass and art glass. It is fired in a kiln to approximately 1500 degrees, depending on the desired effect. It is a lengthy process, but the end result is beautiful. I take my time to use only 100% compatible glasses, and to slowly cool (anneal) my works to insure that you are purchasing not only a wearable piece of art, but one that will last a lifetime.

I love custom orders, if you see something you like, of you would like to commission something you see in my "sold" section, just let me know!

Payment

I accept payments through Paypal and through my own credit card processor. Email me if you choose not to use Paypal and I will send you a secure invoice with a link for payment. Also I will try the money order thing and see how that goes!

Shipping

I ship all my art USPS first class mail and ship 2 to 3 days per week. I do combine shipping on multiple purchases.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your puchase, or it is not what you expected, I will be happy to refund your money minus shipping costs. You may return it within 10 days of receipt and receive a full refund. You must contact through an Etsy convo to request a return authorization. All returns must be in original, unused condition unless there is a defect. Refunds will be made via the same type of original payment (paypal). Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
