Payment

I accept payment either through PayPal or by Credit Card over the phone. If you would like to pay over the phone please send me a convo with your contact info and some times that I can get in touch with you to process your payment. I understand that sometimes it is easier to order something by speaking to a person, and this way, you can actually talk to the person making your piece of jewelry :)

Please note, all purchases in California will be subject to an 8.75% sales tax rate.

Shipping

I ship out all items within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your cleared payment for items that are listed as "the exact item you will receive". If the item says that your's will look similar to that on the listing, I will be creating it for you at the time of purchase, and so it will ship approximately 7 business days after your purchase. Currently I only use USPS Priority Mail to ship. Please contact me if you need another method. I will ship to the address that is listed on your Paypal account, but can ship items as gifts if you convo me prior to purchasing. Also, if you need an item by a certain date, please let me know before you purchase the item so that I can try to accommodate your needs.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you do not like something you purchased, please let me know within 3 days of receiving the item. You can then ship the item back to me, and I will refund your purchase price, less shipping, as soon as I have received the item back in a sellable condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and I will be happy to exchange it, or refund your purchase price, less shipping, once I receive the item back.

Also, please ask me about my bridal party discounts. Depending on how many pieces you need, you can save from 15%-40% on pieces for your bridal party!
