Thank you for your interest in Phée Adornments! Please feel free to contact me via Etsy conversation or e-mail (disphording at gmail dot com) if you have any questions or concerns.

Please note that all of my creations and designs are protected by copyright law, and even though I am selling the items (i.e. jewelry, art, ACEOs, etc.) themselves, I still retain the rights to the designs and images. You may not copy, modify, or distribute my work without my prior express written permission.

I make all of my items in my cigarette smoke free and pet-friendly home (I do burn incense once and a while, so there is sometimes smoke of some kind!).

Payment

My primary form of accepted payment is Paypal due to its ease of use. You do not need a pre-existing Paypal account to use Paypal, simply follow the prompts and you can use your credit or debit card through the Paypal system.

If you need to use a different form of payment, for example a money order or cashier's check, please send me an Etsy conversation and I'd be glad to discuss alternate forms of payment with you. Please note that I am only able to accept money orders or cashier's checks for US residents.

Shipping

I typically ship items on Mondays, but I will always try my best to get items shipped within 2 business days after the date of purchase. I will ship to the mailing address listed on the PayPal invoice unless specifically requested otherwise. If the item needs to be shipped to an alternate address, please include it in the notes to seller section upon check-out.

My smaller jewelry items are shipped in a jewelry box which is adorned with beautiful yarn and ribbon making it suitable to give as a gift. This box is then placed in a padded envelope for shipping. Larger items, including most leathercraft pieces, are wrapped securely in bubble-wrap and shipped in a small box. ACEOs are shipped in a clear plastic sleeve for protection and display purposes. I try to use recycled bubble-wrap and other packing materials if I am able to do so.

For Domestic (US) orders, I will ship via First Class USPS mail. Insurance is recommended for items over $20.00 US, please contact me if you would like to insure your package or if you would like expedited shipping. On some items, the shipping price already includes insurance for domestic packages, please view the item's description for more information as to if insurance is already accounted for in the shipping costs. International orders are shipped via First Class Airmail, and unfortunately insurance is not available for international orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

At this time, I am not offering refunds or exchanges due to the unique nature of the items. If by some chance though you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me right away and I will certainly try to see what I can do to rectify the situation.
