Welcome

Welcome to I Heart That! Dance! We make cute, affordable handmade gear and accessories for dancers, or those that just want to look like one :) We specialize in custom orders -- any one of our designs is available in a range of colours and product choice, or contact us about developing your own design! Because all of our embroidery is done non-digitally, we've got a lot of flexibility, and we LOVE trying new things.

Payment

As of now, we only accept Paypal (no RME, sorry, we're in Canada). Payment must be received before the item is shipped or custom work is begun. If the item is not paid for within 48 hours a reminder will be sent. After one week the sale will be cancelled -- thank you for your understanding!

Sorry Ontario residents, we have to charge you 8% PST. But you get a shipping discount to cover it ($5 flat rate shipping)!

Shipping

We ship via Canada Post unless some other method is desired -- please convo us before purchasing if you would like us to use another shipping method so we can provide you an accurate quote!

Shipping within Ontario and Quebec is $5 flat rate (or less, if the item is small). Shipping within the rest of North America is $10 (or less). For international shipping please see the individual item you are interested in -- we don't list secondary item discounts for international shipments, but we WILL combine shipping if possible and issue a refund if applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept returns, but if there is a manufacturers defect in your item we will gladly repair or replace free of charge within the first 6 months from purchase. If your item is lost in transit we will issue a full refund, or replace the item.
