Payment

Payment through Paypal is expected immediatly following your purchase. Please make sure you follow the link to Paypal to complete your transaction.

Virginia residents will be charged appropriate sales tax for your county. This will be automatically figured into your Paypal invoice.

Shipping

Shipping price quotes are for domestic orders (USA). I will provide shipping quotes for international orders once I have your mailing address. Shipping prices that accompany listings are my best estimate for that piece. If my estimate is off in either direction, I will notify you and either refund your account the difference or ask you for the additional shipping cost.

I use USPS Priority for most of my packages. If you have a specific deadline or would like to upgrade to a faster service, just let me know.


For international orders:

I will give an exact quote to all my international customers and I will promptly refund any overcharge in shipping after finding out your location. Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to read the policies.

International packages are shipped out using International First Class Mail for items under 4 pounds or Priority International for heavier shipments. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the delivery of your international package.

You are responsible for all duty, customs, or any other charges imposed by your country above and beyond the USPS (United States Postal Service) postal charges that you already paid. These may be due when you pick up your package.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let me know if there are any problems with your order. I am flexible and very willing to find a solution that works for both of us.

Custom orders require non-refundable payment up front.
