All soaps are made in small batches to ensure the quality. Everything I use is top notch. All products are" 100 % natural with 20% added Glycerine, mainly Coconut oil. We never have any animal testing, animal products (other than milk in our goat's milk soap), no detergents, no surfactants, No sulfates, no alcohol, and no sugar solutions. Delicious high quality soaps,nothing but the best.

Payment

I accept payapal,cheque or moneyorders.

Shipping

SAME-DAY First Class shipping for orders placed before 11am(CST)
Orders are shipped upon payment recieved by either PayPal,cheque or moneyorder transaction. The Prim Pantry is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping OR customs fees/taxes. Shipping times vary.
Please make be sure your address for PayPal and Etsy correspond. If this is not the case, please Convo me to clarify which address is correct for shipping.
All items are gift wrapped and labeled ,then additonally wrapped in some tissue paper, and finally enclosed in a bubble mailer.

Refunds and Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our soaps or bath products , please Convo me and I will offer replacement or refund. Quality and Customer Service is essential.
