Orders shipped to New York States require a sales tax of 8.88% with Paypal

Shipping

Domestic to the US:

I ship USPS priority 'flat rate' with delivery confirmation. I pay for signature confirmation. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, which requires careful packing, this is the best deal with the post office.

If there are more than 3 items, I would prefer to ship UPS. It will depend on the items. I will try to find the most economical shipping method for my buyer.

International:

1-2 items = $22 for UK, Europe and Australia
3-4 items = $33 for UK, Europe and Australia

Ship via post office air mail. 7-10 business days. No signature confirmation is available.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything, I am happy to offer an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months), provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. Please convo me prior to returning the ware. Returns must be made within 14 days with proof of purchase, with return postage costs covered by the customer.
