♥ CUSTOM ORDERS

I am currently unable to accept custom orders due to my full-time work schedule, but please feel free to contact me for future projects.

Payment for custom orders is due up front in full before I begin any work on the project. There are no refunds offered on items/custom work unless its a quality control issue.

Any and all custom artwork remains the intellectual property of Bubbly Shnooks - by agreeing on a custom project, you are aware that the custom project may be reproduced by the shop and sold in any form after the original custom work has been delivered to you, the customer. If you prefer to have the custom work not reproduced, please contact me and we can adjust the design fee to make the custom work solely yours forever and ever. :)

♥ WHOLESALE/CONSIGNMENT

If you are interested in my products for wholesale or consignment, please convo me or e-mail me with your inquiry and I can send you my price list. I'm also open to sponsoring and promotions on a case by case basis, so please send inquiries my way!

Payment

I accept paypal, cheques and money orders as forms of payment.

7% PST for my fellow British Columbian residents will be automatically added to your order via paypal.

In the case of non-payment on an order, I will contact you via e-mail and inquire about the order within 3 days. If I do not hear from you, I will contact you again, and if you have not responded or processed payment, the order will be cancelled within the week and the items will be placed back up for sale.

If you would like something put on hold or reserved for you before checking out, or if you'd like multiple quantities of an item, please contact me before processing the sale.

Shipping

♥ I refund all shipping overages above and beyond 50 cents!

I send all of my products out from Vancouver, Canada.

All items are sent ground/lettermail, unless you contact me for express shipping. I ship within 2-4 days of receiving payment on an order and after confirmation of address, if needed.

Lettermail usually takes 4-6 days to the United States. Items usually arrive super-quickly to their new homes, but, due to customs, can sometimes take longer to the US and overseas.

For larger packages, the quoted Canadian shipping price is in effect for Eastern Canada, as it costs more to ship there. If you live in Western Canada (BC or Alberta) the price will be lower than the quoted price usually by 2-3 dollars. Etsy only lets me list one price for Canadian shipping, therefore please select this option wherever you are in Canada and I will happily and promptly refund the difference to you once the package is shipped/the order is completed. Thanks for understanding those odd Canadian shipping variations!

If you live in Canada, the United States, or Internationally and would like something sent to you Express, please convo me before purchasing and I will quote you a shipping price.

If you buy more than one item and the combined shipping total seems high - it may be! As soon as payment is processed and the item is shipped, I will refund you the difference above and beyond 50 cents right away if I've overcharged you.

All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied at all, with anything, ever - please contact me! I would prefer to make the situation right directly with you right away and make sure you leave my store happy than find out from negative feedback!

If you are unhappy and feel a return is appropriate, or if there is a defect in your product that extends beyond regular wear and tear or post office damage, I will gladly accept it back and issue a refund or exchange with notification via convo or e-mail and the return of the defective product.

Refunds are not given on custom orders (unless it is a quality control issue with the item itself.) I work very closely with my customers on their specific orders and frequently update with sketches, colors, and progress photos along the way - I make sure you love what I've made for you before I send the final project out. Please contact me, though, if you have any issues and we can work something out. :)

To join the store mailing list for fun news and coupons, please drop me a convo with your e-mail address and name and I can add you to the list - it's quite infrequent, so no spam worries here!

Please don't reproduce/reprint/sell any item you've purchased in any way shape or form! Thanks muchly. :)
