Welcome

Hello and thank you for checking out ten finger workshop. The items you see here are all original works made by me, Lily. My aim is to make art with attention to detail and using high quality materials that are non-toxic. I hope to inspire nostalgic, fun, imaginative play.

Payment

I accept paypal and personal checks. Paypal is self explanatory. My Personal Check policy is after check has cleared I will mail your purchase. Please contact me for any special arrangements.

Shipping

For Domestic shipping I use the United States Post Office First Class mail ( 2 - 4 days ) . For international shipping I use USP priority flat rate envelopes ( 5 - 7 days). I package all my items in tissue inside poly envelopes inside bubble mailers. Inside all of my doll sets is a disclaimer about choking hazards.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me about any issues regarding refunds and exchanges. I do want all my customers to be happy and satisfied, if you are not, please contact me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

As I am a mom of 2 my time is limited in the studio. I try to keep my shop stocked but if there is a set you would like that is not for sale please contact me. I love special orders as well as custom ones. Look at some different sets in my sold items to see what I've done in the past.
