Payment

WE ACCEPT PAY PAL...YOUR TRANSACTION IS NOT COMPLETE WITH PAYPAL UNTIL YOU PAY ON THE PAY PAL WEB PAGE BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. Please pay within 12 hours of purchase.

WE ACCEPT CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS.
MAILED PAYMENT MUST ARRIVE WITH IN 10 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping

We ship via USPS FIRST CLASS WHERE AVAILABLE BY WEIGHT. SERVICES CAN BE UPGRADED TO PRIORITY MAIL FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
We include a tracking number for orders over $25.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final with the following exceptions:
If your item is lost in the mail the purchase price and shipping will be refunded. Delivery confirmation from the USPS may be used to confirm arrival of your item. In the case of damage the item must be returned. In some cases we can replace the item, in some cases we cannot (such as original drawings). If we can't replace it you will get a store credit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Spun cotton and needle felted pieces are not suitable for small children and are meant as collectible art rather than as play things.Keep away from pets as well.
