Welcome

So, you found an item that you LOVE. That is exaclty the word we want you to use to describe your purchase and we strive to accomplish that goal with every transaction. Customer care is something that is highly valued in this shop!

Payment

Payments are accepted via Paypal, RME, Personal Check and Money Order. Payment must be made within 10 business days of purchase. If you cannot pay within 10 days, please contact us and let us know. If we do not hear from you the transaction will be canceled. If special circumstances arise that delay your payment, let us know! We want to work with you.

For personal checks and money orders, please allow up to 10 business days for clearance through the bank. If the check or order does not clear we will contact you right away. If you have questions during this time, please contact us!

As soon as payment is received your item(s) will ship. For Paypal or RME payments, that means within 24 hours. For Money Orders and Checks, it means as soon as they clear. Usually it's within 24 hours, but as mentioned above can take up to 10 business days though it is rare.

Shipping

Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US. Insurance is optional and can be added at your request. We can quote each shipment for insurance cost. A single item will always be $1.30 for insurance.
If you prefer an alternate method of shipment, please let us know! We are happy to provide you with the a quote for any carrier you choose.

If you are outside the US, contact us for a shipping quote.

Is this a gift? Items can be gift wrapped for $1 per item and can be shipped to the recipient if you choose.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you would like an exhange or refund, please contact us right away. Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. A full refund or credit toward an exhange will be made pending the item(s) is in the same condition as shipped.

Please note that refunds will not be given for items lost in transit. We cannot be responsible for items once they are in possession of the carrier. This is why insurance is strongly recommended. However, should the carrier lose or damage an item feel free to let us know or contact us with any questions.

If an item comes to you damaged please contact us. We will gladly repair the item free of charge.

Jewelry is something that should be timeless. Yet, as time goes by continuous wear and elements can break down pieces. The better you care for and store your jewelry, the longer it will last. However, if your piece should break at any time after purchase we will gladly repair it for you! Please contact us for more information. Many items can be repaired free of charge.

All gemstone jewelry is made with stones hand picked by me. I try my best to purchase the best quality stones for the most affordable price and strive to keep prices of my pieces affordable. Natural gemstones often have inclusions and I will do my best to note those in any specific piece. If you have questions about stones in any specific piece please convo me. I'm happy to answer any questions!

All items purchased here come from a smoke free environment. We strive to provide you with a toxen free environment too (i.e. what is used to clean materials and workspace)! There are 2 cats that mosey around the studio area but they do not come in contact with the materials or workspace.
