Qualifications
Donna has been sewing for forty years, professionally for over twenty years.
She has done all the alterations for Anna-Kay's Unique Fashions, a local boutique, since it opened in the Spring of 1997.
Occasionally, she is asked to fill in at Fabian's of Hollywood, working vacations and helping with overload.
She has altered the Indian Creek High School Band uniforms every year since the consolidation in 2000.

Diana has been in the clerical field for nearly fifteen years, from tax preparation to secretarial skills.
She is an expert in stationery and form designs, in Word Documents and Excel Spreadsheets.
She excels in office organization and efficiency.

Payment

We accept PayPal or Money Orders.
Usually we take half down for materials and the remainder plus shipping after photo approval.

Shipping

We prefer to ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail, though the USPS has many other services which are available on request.

Refunds and Exchanges

We request that damageable goods be insured by the Post Office. We will add this charge at your request. You will be responsible for contacting the USPS for any refunds for goods damaged by them.
If you are dissatisfied with a product after receiving it, please contact us. We can work with Etsy for an aggreeable solution for all of us who are involved in the transaction.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We accept wholesale orders, usually at half the cost of retail, and in greater quantities than a usual retail sale.
We prefer payment to be made within the week after the final photo is sent to the buyer. If there is a need to wait longer than a week, please let us know, and we can work it out.
If a buyer cancels a transaction after making the initial downpayment, the downpayment is not refundable if materials have been purchased or work has proceeded on the project.
We have allergies, so we do not have pets, smoke, odors, or any other normal allergenic substances in our products.
We always use new materials in our items, unless otherwise stated. For instance, our rugs are real 'rag rugs', so we use all recycled fabrics in them, though some of them may be 'new' (we do alterations, so have hems from new garments).
If you wish to order in quantity, please ask for a discount. Sometimes we can afford to sell more at a better price.
