Payment

I very much prefer Paypal, it is quicker for all.
Please pay within 3 days. That way you can get your items quicker. If this isn't possible for you, I do accept carefully concealed cash, or money order.
Please note your item will not ship until I receive payment.

Shipping

I usually ship within 3 business days from purchase.
often the next day or in some cases, the same day...
but I am human, and extenuating circumstances can arise. If this should happen, I will always let you know...
I have 4 boys, homeschool and busy days....

Refunds and Exchanges

If I grossly misrepresent the item, and you are not satisfied...please contact me to make refund or exchange arrangements. I try to accurately describe my items, as well as provide detailed pictures with my listing.
Items are handmade, and may contain some minor "imperfections" as does all handmade art. this is what makes it unique. However, I list only items that are "perfect" in my eyes, and that is saying alot, as I am quite the perfectionist when it comes to my creations.
If something becomes damaged in the mail, I cannot be responsible, as I carefully pack the items to ensure their safe delivery. Please contact me if you would like to purchase insurance on your item.
