Thanks for stopping by our shop! We have been making drums for over ten years and absolutely love it. To create something that is both beautiful and functional and create a "job" on our own terms is something we are truly blessed to be doing.

Payment

We accept payments through Paypal. It is easy to use and free to sign up. You can pay through your own Paypal account via check or credit card. We expect payment within three business days of your purchase. Orders are then shipped out once your payment has been cleared.

Shipping

We have shipped drums all over the world using both the postal service and Fedex. We have never had any problems with broken drum heads or product lost. Insurance is purchased to cover the cost of the drums sent.
Packaging is always sound and sturdy but very rarely new. We prefer to reuse boxes and materials such as bubble wrap and paper. We then appreciate it if the customer either reuses it again or recycles the packaging at their local recycling center.

Refunds and Exchanges

In all of our years making and selling drums we have never had one returned. But if you are unhappy with your purchase we are willing to work it out. Refunds will be given if the drum is sent back with no major wear and tear on it including rips in the head and dents or scratches in the wood. The cost of shipping a return will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are also a possibility.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We are hands on with every drum we produce. Each peice of wood is carefully inspected to insure it will not crack or break. If taken care of properly like any other instrument, it should last years and years. While we also inspect every drum head we cannot guarantee that it will last the life of the drum shell. Let's face it.....it will be hit repeatedly. But again, when taken care of it will last a very long time. Care instructions are sent out with each drum and we would love to hear from you if you have any other questions.
