Welcome to my shop!
My designs are mostly medium to large-sized bags and clutches made of fine leather. I want your morelle experience to be as pleasurable as possible. Please read my policies below carefully to make your purchase smooth and easy.
Payment
I accept paypal and credit card payments.

I will contact you if I haven't received notification of payment within three days.
PAYMENTS IN INSTALLMENT:
For the time being I no longer accept payments in installment.
Shipping
I always ship with registered mail so you will need to sign your package upon receipt. For this reason it might be wise to have your bag delivered to your work address.
Items are shipped within one week of received payment.
Items are shipped with International Priority Registered Mail. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
Delivery dates from the shipping date range from one to two weeks for the US, Canada and Australia and it takes about one week for Europe. Please note, it is normal for a week or two delay, items may be held in customs for check.
I always ship to your ETSY address. Please make sure that this address is correct and updated. If you want me to ship your bag to another address send me a message. I will not send to a P.O. address as registered mail does not get delivered there.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES -
Shipping rates depend on the weight of the package.
- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS -
Packages may be held in customs and therefore be delayed. You will be able to see if your package is held in customs via the tracking information.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are possible. If your bag is not exactly what you expected then you can return it provided you return it within 1 to 2 days of receipt. I will refund you the amount of the bag minus the shipping cost. Please contact me if you would like to return your bag for instructions on how to do so.
Refunds will NOT be given if:
- A bag does not get back to me because of fault of the buyer.
- The bag has been used and/or has signs of wear & tear
Please note that specifications on the size of the bag are on the listing. Please make sure you read these correctly so you don't receive a bag that is not the size you expected. Please also note that colors may vary from display to display. I try to display the colors as accurately as I can but capturing the correct color on a picture is quite hard (I'm not a professional photographer) and in addition colors appear different from screen to screen. If the color is not what you expect it please send me back the bag asap and you will receive a refund.
EXCHANGES
I accept exchanges on the same terms as the refund. As soon as I receive the bag and make sure that it is in top condition then I can send you your other selected bag. The buyer will have to pay for the shipping cost of both bags.

- CARE FOR YOUR BAG -
Your bags come with care instructions. Some hides are more sensitive than others so to be safe I would always recommend that you take your bag to a professional leather dry cleaner and seek for advice on what is more appropriate for your bag.
ALWAYS USE PROTECTIVE SPRAY ON YOUR LEATHER BAG BEFORE FIRST USE AND REPEAT ACCORDING TO THE LABEL INSTRUCTIONS.
