Welcome

Thank you very much for shopping in my little studio! All of my items are handmade by me, and I'm so glad you've come by. I intend to create a variety of items in my shop. Most will be one or several of a kind. There's just too much fabric out there waiting to be repurposed or bought!

If you really like an item, but would like to see it in a different print (or vice versa), convo me and I'll assess my supplies to see if we can make it work.

Payment

I currently accept PayPal for all payments. It is safe, secure, and allows the buyer to use his/her bank account, debit or credit card.

Items left unpaid for over a week (7 days) will be returned to the shop.

Shipping

I will use your PayPal account for shipping; please make certain it is current.

All items ship via United States Postal Service. I don't use shipping to generate income, so any overages charged will be refunded via PayPal.

Large items, such as pet beds, will ship via USPS Parcel Post, and the shipping price in the listing is an estimate. They will also be insured. Parcel Post takes up to 6 days to arrive; if you need the item sooner, please convo me for an estimate.

International buyers: please convo me for a cost estimate, and I'll get back to you right away. I will ship with insurance, and buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

I am an avid re-user and recycler. I won't send your new items in anything dirty or downright ugly, but if you'd prefer a new box, please let me know in the Notes to Seller. Otherwise, thank you for re-using, as well :) I sincerely appreciate your efforts.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of my work. Please remember that my items are handmade, and by their very nature have slight variations from one to another. Fabric itself has variations off the bolt.

That said, if an item arrives damaged, please photograph the package before & after opening it, and contact me immediately. I will do my best to remedy the situation. In the instance of pet beds, I cannot be responsible for very aggressive chewers. The fabrics I choose are durable, but they are still woven fibers.

If a replacement is granted, buyer is responsible for return shipping.

I love custom orders! Love a particular fabric, but don't know how to sew? Send me a link, and we can work together to brighten up your home. Please note that custom orders take extra time to fulfill. I will give you an estimate when you contact me.

I do not wholesale, but may offer a discount for bulk orders.
