Little Pods is all about making unique clothing and accessories for unique kids.

Payment

I accept PayPal payment (in US Dollars) as well as crdit card, check, cash or money order. However- no item will ever be shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.

To pay with credit card, simply click the "Pay with Paypal" button, you do not need a paypal account in order to pay with a credit card.

If you are having any isssues checking out, convo me, I will help as much as I can.

Shipping

Little Pods products come gift wrapped in bubble-mailer envelopes to ensure safe arrival and also to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum.

I always email a buyer the day that I ship out their product. I ship anyday of the week. Please understand that your item is being custom made just for you! It takes time to make my products but I always ship your item within the week unless we have come to another agreement. I ship multiple items in the same bubble mailer if they can fit comfortably.

I can ship first class priority if specified, it may raise the cost of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me first if there are any problems. Garments may be returned if there is a defect of garment and must be documented within 48 hours of receiving the item. Documentation can include a picture, an email or a convo on etsy. All other returns will be at my discretion, custom made orders may not be returned unless otherwise agreed upon. Return postage will be paid by buyer.
