Payment

I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Calif. residents need to be charged 9.25% tax.

Shipping

I will ship within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation from PayPal.

My ceramics are packaged very carefully in sturdy boxes with bubble wrap and "peanuts" or shipping paper to reduce the risk of breakage. I will reuse and recycle packaging materials whenever possible. If that is a problem for you and prefer new material only, please let me know.

My preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I base my shipping estimate on cross-country rates.
If the actual shipping cost to your location is more than $1.00 below my estimate I will issue you a refund via PayPal for the difference.

If the carton is larger than 1 cubic foot, the USPS cost jumps to a much higher rate. In that case I'll use Fed Ex which is usually a much lower price. I will compare prices and give you the best deal.

If your Etsy and PayPal addresses differ, please let me know in the "message to seller" note, which address to send it to. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you after 3 days, I will ship the item to the address given during Etsy checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want my customers to be very happy with their purchases. If you are unsatisfied, please contact me within 1 week. Refunds will be made for the cost of the item only. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please return the item in its original packaging for safety, and send it USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Your money will be refunded to your PayPal account once the piece safely arrives.
