Payment

Payment
Payment should be made within 3 days of purchase. If you need more time convo me.
Paypal is my primary payment method. If you wish any other type of payment you must convo me first for approval.
If paying with a personal check I will send shipment once the check clears, usually 7-10 days.

You may pay with a credit card via paypal.
Simply proceed to checkout using the Paypal link to complete your payment (Paypal processes card payments keeping your information safe & confidential) You do not need a Paypal account to do this. Shipping

Insurance will be included on all US orders over $20.00.
Delivery confirmation is included on all other orders with a 2.00 shipping price.
If you would like insurance on items under $20.00 contact me and I will adjust shipping.
All my wire is insured regardless of how much or how little you order.
If you do not receive your order and the post office confirms delivery, refunds will NOT be given. However, this can and does happen, (I read about it in the forums all the time) it is neither your fault nor mine, so contact me and we will discuss what CAN be done.

International Shipping.

I will ship internationally!!

International residents it will cost around $16.00 to send items to you via registered mail. If it is less than that I will refund in paypal.

*****If you don't want it registered, I will not be responsible for any merchandise that is lost once I give it to the post office.

Refunds and Exchanges

I guarantee my work. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days after you receive it, and return it to me within 30 days for a refund.
When returning merchandise please insure it or register it or use delivery confirmation. (this protects both of us)
If I do not receive it, I will not give a refund.

If an item is damaged in shipping contact me to work out arrangements.
