Welcome to Sonoma Gemstones Custom Designs. I design and create custom jewelry pieces just for you using Genuine Gemstone Beads, Freshwater Pearls, Quality Metals, and Swarovski Crystals.

Payment

Payment is due within three (3) days of purchase. Please read Refunds Policy and ask any questions before purchasing. I answer all emails within 24 hours.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment, and I also accept Revoluntionary Money Exchange (RME) and domestic money orders. Please allow 7 days for receipt of the money order before shipping.

Shipping

SHIPPING
All items are shipped USPS AIR MAIL, with delivery confirmation. Due to the economic downturn (to put it mildly) shipping and handling is currently FREE of charge. I combine shipping for all items paid with a single invoice and paid within three (3) days from the first item purchase date.

US Postal Service Insurance Fees are optional. Please convo me for fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email me and I will correct any concerns. Any item(s) may be returned for a refund within 7 days of customer receipt. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
