Welcome

TurtleDreams is the product of my explorations in glass. My creations follow from whatever interests me at the time: frit, stringers, copper, the shape of leaves in the garden, a new form to slump on..... Pendants can sometimes be a byproduct - a little bit of glass left over and a little space on the kiln shelf. But sometimes they are the things that work out the best! All my pendants come with a cord so that you can wear them straight away.

Payment

Paypal is my main method of payment. I am also happy to liase with Australian buyers about direct deposit. In general, my payment deadline is three days, but I am happy to work with you. I ship as soon as payment has been received.

Shipping

I use Australia Post and wrap all my items very securely in multiple protective layers. Where I can I reuse packaging. I am happy to upgrade shipping (eg express post) if you wish to request that.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please contact me first and as quickly as possibly. I will attempt to replace any items damaged in the mail.
