Payment

I only accept paypal. Items not payed for in three days will be relisted. I do not give refunds, however I want all my customers to be more than happy with their purchase and will go out of my way to make sure this is accomplished and I can only do so if I am contacted.

Shipping

Items will most likely be shipped US Postal Service. (I may change shipper at anytime, please convo me if shipper is important) I do not give refunds for items lost and or damaged due to the buyers incorrect address or other misinformation. I ship in clean recycled boxes to cut out waste and extra cost. My items are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving payment and arrive in approx. 3-6 business days (but may take longer).

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not give refunds or allow exchanges unless item arrives flawed. Because of the nature of the materials I use, items are rarely damaged or flawed in any way unless by the purchaser. If one of my items does arrive damaged I will do all in my power to remedy the situation but only if I am atleast contacted within two days of delivery. I want all my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will do all I can to make this happen.

I put my heart and soul into everyone of my creations and believe that they are well crafted and beautiful. Please note that my dolls (unless otherwise marked) are NOT toys and are not meant to be so. I can do custom orders but I do ask for a non refundable deposit based on the cost of the item. If you have any question or comment please feel free to contact me. I beleive in this business relationship and honesty are everything and I guarantee you will absolutely love any item you purchase from my shop.
