Personally sewn by me, each Bella Bag is constructed with at minimum, light upholstery weight fabrics inside and out and heavyweight interfacing. The bags are sewn on a high quality industrial sewing machine using #69 bonded nylon thread. #69 is a heavy duty, 100% nylon, sewing thread that is designed for superior strength, stretch and recovery, as well as having excellent resistance to chemicals, bacteria, mildew, wear and abrasion.

Most items can be spot cleaned with a mild detergent and warm water or dry-cleaned and can be treated with a stain repellant sporadically. They may also be ironed on a LOW setting (including faux suede bags).

Payment

The method of payment I currently accept is Paypal – please make payment within 3 days of your purchase.

Shipping

US and Canadian Customers: I utilize USPS for shipping – items over $30 (and custom items) are shipped Priority and I will provide delivery confirmation/tracking information. Items less than $30 are shipped USPS 1st Class. If you would like an item that is less than $30 shipped Priority or an item more than $30 not shipped Priority, please let me know and I will adjust the shipping cost and send you and invoice.

Generally items are shipped the same or the next business day. I ship each business day!

Insurance is available upon your request – if you opt for insurance, I will send you an invoice via Paypal.

If you would like to have your item shipped using another carrier (UPS or FedEx) please contact me and I will gladly oblige. (Please be aware that there may be additional fees with these carriers).

International Customers (Aside from Canada)– we now only ship our items via USPS Priority Mail International, which is a bit more expensive but seems to be much more reliable. Please be aware that we are not responsible for duty taxes or incorrect addresses (provided by buyer) resulting in a lost package.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind my product. If anything happens to your bag, aside from normal wear and tear, contact me immediately so that I can either repair or replace your bag. My main concern is that you are completely satisfied with your bag. If you feel as though you need to return your bag (within 7 days of purchase and bag is unused), please email me and I will contact you to make things right. If your bag should need to be shipped back due to any defect, I will take care of the shipping. If you wish to exchange your bag, you will be responsible for shipping costs. I am glad to exchange unused bags within 14 days of purchase.
