Welcome to the Stash!
Everything here is made out of a compulsive need to create. I get in the mood to make an item, I exhaust myself making a ton and then find that I need to sell. This means that once a certain category is sold out (like owls) it is very UNLIKELY that I will have any more for a LONG period of time. Most everything is unique--I like individuality. Some general info:
I make all my own products, ship things personally, and try to keep toy items out of the hands of my children. I live in a pet and smoke-free environment.

Do:
-enjoy your purchase
-buy gifts for friends, family, strangers
-share your findings with above-said individuals
-ask questions
-request custom products (I'll try to comply within reason)

Don't:
-be a 'hater' (no one likes haters)
-buy my item and then resell it as yours (that's just wrong on SO many levels)
-question the shipping. I try to be REALLY fair and if shipping/handling comes out cheaper I'll adjust--shipping has just gotten to be spendy of late!
-use my products for inappropriate purposes.

Payment

I accept payment by PayPal only--this is for our mutual protection. I price product to incorporate all my fees from Etsy and PayPal.

Shipping

I ship USPS, sometimes parcel, sometimes priority. If you'd like insurance, confirmation, etc--let me know and we'll incorporate that.
For international customers--I will ship, so just convo me and we'll get something set up.

Refunds and Exchanges

As my products are definitely a 'cottage industry' there are going to be some small flubs and flaws. I try to maintain a high quality standard for my products and keep them safe from harm while they're in stock. Should your item arrive in irreparable condition then I offer the opportunity of exchange. Simply ship said item back to me and I'll facilitate the exchange. Know that it most likely will not be for the exact same item. I am not liable for losses in the mail or due to customs.
