Welcome to my Shop! Bienvenue! Benvenuti! I speak 3 languages so feel free to write how you feel comfortable. I am a versatile artist accomplished in painting and drawing. I also have special projects sometimes available for limited times only or limited editions in my shop. Custom orders are most welcome! I am open to many types of art including realist polymer clay sculptures, portraits and more.

Payment

I accept Paypal, Moneyorders, and interact money transfers for Canadians. Please communicate with me when you have purchased something to let me know what payment method you have chosen.
I normally give buyers 3 days to complete their orders. Combined shipping is possible for some items in my shop. Paintings may not be eligible. Insurance and tacking is required for purchases on paintings. You are covered for $100 CDN unless you require more insurance coverage at a rate of $1.20 per $100CDN of coverage.

Shipping

I ship Expedited with tracking and insurance on paintings. All other items it is optional and if you do not request it, your item ships regular airmail. Shipping to the USA is slow even with expedited mail, so please be patient for your packages. They average 10-15 work days. Especially during the Holidays. I am not responsible for lost or damaged goods but will try to help you if I can. All original artwork is irreplaceable and non refundable unless you purchased insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchange unless otherwise stated. Most items in my shop are one of a kind and therefore irreplaceable but I will try to accommodate you anyway that I can within reasonable limits. No artwork can be replaced free of charge if lost or damaged. Exchange is a possibility as well within reasonable limits.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am available for private commissions and wholesale on my pendants. Convo me and we can work something out! My artwork is guaranteed authentic and no one else can sell my work. I can also reproduce virtually anything and can also take on projects for Corporations, Hotels ect... Most items comes with certificates of Authenticity and other documents. The artworks remain the copyright of the Artist, meaning you cannot reproduce, exhibit the artwork without the written permission of the Artist. Purchasing an artwork does not include the copyrights.
