Spelfenmeisje brings you beautiful and fun vintage and handmade items from Europe. All items are handpicked and sought out to bring that little extra to your wardrobe.

Payment

Paypal and EU bank transfers are accepted.

Shipping

All small packages are sent by registered, tracked mail. If the item gets lost, you will be reimbursed.

If your country is not listed, just ask me and I'll add it.

Estimated shipping time:
- a couple of days to a week in the EU
- one to two weeks to other areas, however this depends on customs and postal service of the recipient country.

If you would prefer priority mail, just let me know and I'll sort out the price!

If an item is shipped outside the EU, you could be subjected to import-taxes. Check with your local laws. Please keep this in mind.

Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will issue a refund for the price of the item through paypal as soon as we receive the item in the same condition as we sent it to you. We can't refund shipping costs.

I'm more than happy to answer all your questions, so don't hesitate to contact me.

All items lost during shipment will be reimbursed.
