BossyBella Accessories are handcrafted products made by me in my studio. They come from a smoke-free/pet-free environment and every one is well taken care of until it is shipped to it's new home!

I appreciate prompt payments. Payment must be made within 5 business days or your order will be cancelled and your item will be reposted unless arrangements between us are made prior to purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

While every piece is crafted with care, there may come a time when one of my customers is not satisfied with it's craftsmanship (although this has yet to happen)...if this is the case please contact me and I will do everything in my power to make your BossyBella experience as pleasant as possible!

Additional Policies and FAQs

**Please Note! As with all accessories, your BossyBella Accessory may contain small pieces that could cause a potential choking hazard for small children! Please keep an eye on your child and do not let them chew, bite, suck, pull apart or otherwise mangle their bow!!

**Please Note! I must warn you to keep your accessories in an area of reasonable temperature (I.E. Not in a hot car!!)... Some BBAs are crafted with a hotglue component and this will melt in a hot atmosphere, such as a closed up car, and you will have a problem! Please take care to keep your bows safe!
