Refunds and Exchanges

Satisfaction Guaranteed! If for any reason you don't like your item, please return it within 10 days and I will refund the purchase price and return shipping. Sorry this does not include initial postage paid by you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my prints come in various sizes.
• ACEO (3.5x2.5 image size) these will print on 4x6 paper-cut or uncut, your choice. $8.00
• 4x6 image size printed centered on 8.5x11 sheet $15.00
• 5x7 image size printed centered on 8.5x11 sheet $18.00

Alchemy/Custom Orders
I am open to a variety of custom requests from you.
• I can put your pet's head into your choice of one of my existing illustrations
(you need to provide a high res sharp-not blurry- digital image of your pet)
$40 includes a 5x7 printout and a high res .jpg or tif digital file
• fiber bowl with this option add $20

• I can create a whole new illustration for your pet
(you need to provide a high res sharp-not blurry- digital image of your pet)
(you need to provide as much input into the atmosphere I create for your pet as you want)
$80 includes a 5x7 printout and a high res .jpg or tif digital file
• fiber bowl with athis option add $20

AND ONE MORE CHOICE
• I will combine an image of your pet into a small fiber bowl.
Send me a high res sharp digital image of your pet, remember the better the image, the nicer your final piece will be) Tell me how or if you want it cropped. PLEASE KEEP in mind, actual size of image I use in the bowl is 3" in diameter.
(you can give choice of fiber colors if you wish)
$32 includes a small fiber bowl with the image provided by you.
