Thank you for visiting my shop!

Payment

I accept payments through PayPal only.
Payment is due at the time of the purchase. If payment is not completed within 3 days, and I haven't received a response from the buyer, the order will be canceled and relisted.

Shipping

All items are shipped from Milan, Italy.
Deliveries will be effected through registered mail within 48 hours from payment. Delivery times is about 3-21 days depending on destination.
As for Italy, deliveries will be effected through priority mail.
Sometimes stuff can be stopped at customs... I am not responsible for customs fees or taxes!!

Insurance is available upon request at additional cost. Please convo me before purchase and I will adjust shipping costs for you.
When insurance is not requested, I will not be responsible for loss or damage.
Please know that I take great care to pack the items so they reach you safely!

For all other issues, please let me know and I'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to come to a resolution.

Refunds and Exchanges

I would only refund for incorrect items only, not exchange due to shipping costs.
If you received incorrect items and would like to return, please convo me first within 5 days of receipt of your items.
I will happily refund via PayPal as soon as I receive the item back in the same condition and packaging as it left my hands originally.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you see something you liked in my "sold section”, I’m happy to make one just for you, unless it is a one of a kind item! Please feel free to convo me with your requests!

PLEASE NOTE:
All my creations are my original design and handmade by me with loving care, and created in smoke-free and animal-free environment.
I create each of my items very securely but they do contain small parts, so they are not suitable for small children due to choking hazards.
